Coach Geoff Wilson is a former college player/kicking specialist at Curry College in Milton, MA and current Assistant Coach/Special Teams Co-Coordinator for Mass Maritime Academy in Bourne, MA as the kicking/punting coach and assisting with other positional coaching duties. In addition, he has been a kicking/punting coach at the National Kicking Service's New England Kicking, Punting and Long Snapping Academy for three years running. 

 

At Curry, Coach Wilson was the starting punter for 3 1/2 of his 4 seasons, winning All-Conference and Special Teams Player of the Year honors. Prior to that he was the starting kicker at North Attleboro High School setting several school kicking records that still stand today. 

 

Not blessed with a booming leg, Geoff's passion for the art of kicking and punting allowed him to utilize the help of his own personal, 1 to 1 training to refine his craft and add yards to his kicking average and consistent accuracy to all of his kicks.  

 

Realizing that individualized coaching brought his skills to the next level in high school and provided him with an opportunity to continue in college, Geoff now wants to continue to help more specialists by providing one-on-one coaching.

 

In his own words, Coach Wilson states, "The knowledge that I gained through years of individual training has now allowed me to remain involved in the sport that I love as a coach.  Now I am looking to pass this understanding and passion onto the next generation of punters and kickers.
